The Ahafo Ano North District is a district of Ghana in the Ashanti Region. It is mostly rainforest. The district has only one major health facility, the District Hospital at Tepa, and four smaller health service stations. Like much of Ghana, the roads here are largely untarred (with the exception of the main road), and there's little proper sanitation. About 85% of the working population are farmers.
